Diane, In my Brit class I posted about listening to Chaucer spoken out loud. I think it is beautiful and musical to listen to. It's powerful to here the words spoken. For me it sounds like such a foreign language. In spanish classes you can identify words that are similar to ours, but overall the language is different; I feel the same way about this (though I am picking it up), but there is something really pretty about the languages. I am explaining this in your post because your reading was really beautiful, and captured that loveliness to the sound of the prologue that I have been thinking of.
